Unlike many other companies, we do not deduct any amounts, such as "administrative fees" or "overheads." However, there may be a small deduction to cover the payment gateway fee where applicable. We try to make refunds as soon as they are requested. However, the refund may take up to 21 business days to process.

To claim a refund, you must complete a simple refund request form that can be provided to you by our customer service representative.   • If the design you have been given are based on an explicit shared design idea, e.g. a sketch or mockups are just a recreation of an existing logo design shared by you.
  • The contact us area is a platform that allows customers to communicate comfortably with us. It is your sole responsibility to communicate and check your design, to answer any questions, concerns or additional instructions we may request. It is your responsibility to respond back to any query from us. Your non-compliance is not a reason for a refund. However, if you are unsure to communicate like this, you can contact the project manager at any time for assistance.
  • No refunds are available to design firms or those who order our design services on behalf of another entity.
  • There is no refund if your logo design is done by multiple designers/companies/services at the same time.
  • We offer multiple design concepts at no extra cost within the selected package. If you decide to continue working with us on additional design concepts, a refund is not applicable. For example, if you ordered our basic new store package which includes four pages and you want to add more pages in the same package, you forfeit your right to a refund.
  • No refunds are available when you receive the final work of your website or application. The final work that we send after the review process, or the code or login information for websites or applications.
  • No refunds are available if initial designs are submitted for review, but you don't respond with your feedback within 5 business days for a website and other services.
Delivery times are approximate and may be subject to delays due to local holidays, project complexity and our current workload. We typically deliver the first website design within 3-5 business days.

You have 5 days to respond to original or modified website designs. If, after the 5-day response period for website design changes, you do not respond to us, we will assume that the submitted designs are accepted and will mark the project as "pending". At that time, we will have no further obligations to you, and you will pay us in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of the Service, at any time, with or without notice. In the event of such termination, we will determine, in our sole discretion, whether you are entitled to a refund.

Ownership of the work
Once artwork, designs or the website is approved, the final file is sent to the client or hosted on the agreed hosting and final payment is made, the client owns all rights to the designs and results. All claims and copyrights to the design are then transferred to the client.

Changes to the Terms of Use of the Website
We may revise the terms and conditions for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Use.

Copyrights and Trademarks
The customer retains full ownership of the logos, the designs and all associated materials after the project is completed.

The website reserves the right to use the logos solely for promotional purposes, including as part of our portfolio, and will not resell them unless the client has given express consent.

We will not be held responsible for any damage(s) caused by such correspondence.
